Dakota Trails and Tales Sept 29, 2025 Lignite Energy Council is reporting a new era for Coal fire energy in the future. The question is do we have enough infrastructure left to make it happen?

I question will the rhetoric from Washington DC actually match what is happening on the ground? The Trump administration doesn’t have a good record for that. The right things come from the mouths of the puppets but at this point they have only been words with no action. We need coal fired power plants to be generating reliable electricity, oh and we have nearly 1000 years worth of coal to burn.
