Senator Steve Halloran actually said local control is dead in this event May 3, 2024 discussing why the this consumption tax must replace other taxes currently in place.

If it were not for Robert Burnt wadding up the paper he was handed with his “questions and answers” this thing would have been no different than a Hollywood production.
