Many parts of the Great Plains of America has experienced severe weather in the past week. Some lives have been lost and a massive amount of property has been damaged. So I want to put into context this is one of the many situations that have developed and the beloved Burwell Rodeo grounds has been hit Big Time for the second time in 3 years.
