Since they declared CO2 a commodity, it should be used locally and not pumped into the ground.
Can each county prohibit the removal of that commodity from their county?
South Dakota could have Acres of Under ground Green Houses and raise much of our food locally.
I do not know how many it would take to use up the CO2 produced by Ethanol plants, but in the long run, SD would benefit.
It would create jobs for them fabrication of the frames and building materials. This should be made locally.

Many of the flowers like roses are shipped in from Ecuador and other South American countries,
I have been there and the have thousands of acres of above ground green houses, SD could put them under ground and do the same.
My neighbor 5 miles north of Glenham has the exact same Greenhouse as in the video. Robert Ernst.
He grows Lemons, limes, and I think, oranges. He also grows all kinds of vegetables year round.
Start a program to build under ground green houses similiar to the ones on the link I am sharing.
