It is my understanding that any Nation that wants to join BRICS must never use sanctions. All BRICS Nations are free to trade with who they want even if it is the United States. China says it will continue to trade with the United States and China does continue to trade with the United States. However, China can no longer be forced to buy American products including agricultural products. All of this also applies to Singapore.
BRICS is not the problem. The World has had enough of the United States Government Hegemony. And like Rome, the United States Government is failing and taking it Citizen along for the ride down. The Goths are in the city.
