I don't agree with this. On face value it doesn't remove the 2nd amendment for home schoolers. HOWEVER, it could be used by outside forces to push an agenda down the road. For something causing this much controversy already, with different legal opinions, there IS a valid concern.

Great discussion for it is as simple as don't take Gov $$$ it won't be a problem.
