I find it very perplexing the number of folks I continue to run across that don’t understand what the CO2 pipeline is all about, and they are more concerned that they don’t even know it is a thing.
Yes...agreed...was thinking to use existing ROW easements...plus don't the land owners get a utility royalty? So much is insideous and zero truth...and China involved needs to be illegal but they use a fake purchaser like in TX land and ND next to AFbases....counties must set policy before on these issues.
